Bluefuse were sub-contracted through one of our clients, PJ Media, as strategic architects to deliver an enterprise platform for Vodafone UK to implement throughout a number of their online channels.

The platform communicates with Vodafone’s Strategic Vendor Automation Platform real time to provide credit and fraud checking capabilities, port-in functionality allowing customers to transfer their existing numbers, and physical connection on the network to provide airtime.

Over a 5 year period the platform developed has served the consumer and business online shops, online consumer upgrades, and a multi-channel tool used by all retail stores and telesales agents.
