eCommerce Website Development
Haymarket Business Publications had several eCommerce ‘pages’, with limited functionality, dispersed among approximately 30 websites. They wished to consolidate this and develop a more coordinated eCommerce presence that would capitalise on their brand and their popular range of business publications.
Our role was to lead the development of a new B2B eCommerce site with the ultimate aim of increasing new online corporate subscriptions and to increase retention rates of existing subscribers. The site was developed over 9 months alongside an in-house team. Some of the key aspects of the project include a system for cross-website logging-in, a sophisticated content management system, the ability to cross-link/promote subscriptions, and admin tools for establishing trial subscriptions and multi-purchase promotions
