Website Redevelopment for GCU
Gloucestershire Credit Union (GCU) like other credit unions provides a focal point for the community by bringing people together, to work alongside each other to provide their own financial support through a local savings and borrowing scheme.
GCU had a plain, non-manageable website that didn’t do justice to the service they provide. They wanted to convert over to system that included a Content Management System and with it a clean, modern interface.
Bluefuse recommended WordPress and set about building the new website on that platform.
The new website includes some degree of customisation to the core WordPress implementation and some completely bespoke programming, including a simple calculator for determining loan costs.
