Bluefuse is comprised of a core team of 6 people, together with a similar number of very trusted, long-term contractors and associates.

Lisa Casey BSc (Hons) Website Testing Specialist
Lisa has responsibility for website functionality testing and useability. Since obtaining her degree in Maths from the University of Bath in the late 90′s, she has focused on system testing – and for last few years at Bluefuse, this has been solely for web-based projects. Her attention to detail is second-to-none, which helps us to ensure that when new websites are launched, or major releases are put live, they go as smoothly as they possibly could.
Leeann Davies Project Manager
Leeann is responsible for the running of Bluefuse projects ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and fully inline with client expectations. She’s well versed with online projects, having worked previously as Head of Internet Marketing at Europa Group. She brings to each project a wealth of experience together with a tenacious personality, huge reserves of energy and vision and an unfailing sense of humour to deal with differing ideas, personalities and agendas with good grace.
Andy Ewings BSc (Hons) Technical Director
Andy leads the technical side of the business. He graduated form Bath university in 1997 with an Honours degree in Mathematics and Statistics and quickly moved into the world of IT software development. He has worked within this arena across numerous industries since 1997. Predominently his experience has been in architecting and developing complex back-office and web-based eBusiness systems for global brands. As co-founder of Bluefuse with Andy Stanton, he also takes an active role in the overall direction that the business takes.

Jonathan Phillips BSc (Hons) Senior Developer
Jon has responsililty for technical development and implementation. He specialises in complex WordPress implementations/customisation and bespoke development. He’s also a capable designer and is well versed with putting together custom designs and themes for both open source CMS products and bespoke developments. He is very much focused on the intricacies of a project, and it is this attention to detail that has lead to the kind of positive feedback we get at Bluefuse.
Andy Stanton BSc (Hons) DipM MCIM Managing Director
Andy leads the commercial side of Bluefuse, focusing on client acquisition and business development. He has a first class degree in Business Administration and is a fully qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Following graduation in the early 1990′s he worked developing Management Information Systems for major bluechip corporations such as Nissan and Tesco. In 1997 he put this experience together and took a slightly different tack, entering the wonderful world of the website development. Since then he’s been actively involved in working for and running successful companies such as Bluefuse.

Sarah Stanton BEng(Hons) CEng FIMechE Systems Specialist
Sarah is a fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) and brings with her a wealth of experience in developing and honing internal business systems and processes. At Bluefuse she plays a pivitol role in ensuring that the company is based on sound, well-reasoned and tested processes that ensure that the company runs like clockwork. For example, when we decided to upgrade our project management systems, Sarah analysed all of the major vendors and software products and determined which would be best suited to both us and our client base. The result was the system now installed at project.bluefusesystems.com.
